Its Predecessor is Zhongxing coal mine which was set up in 1878. One of the three biggest coal mines in the modern,it also one of the earliest corp. it was renamed Zhaozhuang coal mine After the new China foundation. At last it renamed Zhaozhuang Xin Zhongxing Ltd.in August ,2001.


 

There are sixteen subsidiary companies that belong to Xin Zhongxing. Engaged in machining,maintaining,electronics ,chemicals, buildings,real estate, mould plastics, coals, labor protection necessities, Articles of daily use, clothing, cotton spinning, Knit goods, hair goods, mining, management of pit water, wood cutting and exports etc.

Xin Zhongxing had registered Canada Resurgence Developments Ltd. in June,2005,and enter into foreign forest,coal resources and using of Nonferrous metals.
